Client Relations Personnel

Your Role

As our Client Relations Personnel, you will be the heartbeat of our client experience. You’ll work across departments (Sales, Finance, Production, Post-production, and Marketing) to ensure every client – past and present – feels heard, appreciated, and excited every time they engage with Jema Studios.


Responsibilities

  • Keep all invoices and client records up-to-date (Zoho Books & Pixieset)
  • Centralize client information (Google Sheets for local, Pixieset for international)
  • Engage with active clients at least twice a month for updates and check-ins
  • Ensure clients complete onboarding questionnaires and book consultations
  • Make sure consultants and creatives are briefed and punctual for meetings/shoots
  • Collect and follow up on client feedback, resolving any issues promptly
  • Build relationships by tracking birthdays, anniversaries, and milestones – and sending gifts or well-wishes from the brand
  • Work closely with vendors to keep them engaged and supported
  • Maintain a well-organized CRM and submit fortnightly reports to supervisors

  • Experience with CRM tools or spreadsheets
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • A natural people-person who genuinely cares
  • Bonus: Familiarity with creative industries or photography
