Access to both the indoor and outdoor spaces for larger events of up to 200 guests. Five hours included, with setup and breakdown counted within those five hours.

5 hours included, then GHS 500 per extra hour
Workshops, seminars, launches, bachelorettes and intimate indoor events, up to 60 guests.
Outdoor Space
5 hours included, then GHS 500 per extra hour
Ceremonies, conferences, receptions and gatherings of up to 150 guests.

A furnished room for podcasts, interviews, meetings and recorded conversations. Recording setup is available as a separate option.

What can the Space be used for?+
Photoshoots and productions, workshops and seminars, podcasts and interviews, private gatherings, ceremonies and receptions.
How many guests can each space hold?+
The Indoor Studio holds up to 60 guests and the Outdoor Space up to 150. A Full-Space Booking combines both for larger events of up to 200. The Podcast Room seats up to four.
Is podcast equipment available?+
Yes. The Podcast Room can be booked as a furnished room, or with our full recording setup, which includes camera and lighting setup, recording equipment and technical operation by the Jema team. Recorded footage is provided after the session; editing is available as a separate service.
Are tables, chairs and décor included?+
Event furniture and décor are not included. You are welcome to arrange your preferred decorators and vendors for the booking. The Podcast Room includes its existing table and chairs.
Can I bring my own vendors, and book more than one space?+
Yes to both. External vendors are welcome subject to prior approval, and many bookings use more than one space. Choose everything you need on the form and we will quote it together.
How is a date confirmed?+
Available dates remain subject to final confirmation. Your date is reserved once the required 30% booking payment has been received. We respond to enquiries within 24 hours.
Anything else worth knowing?+
Setup and breakdown must be completed within your booked time; additional time can be arranged where available. Kitchen access may be provided for catering and vendor preparation, and is not a standalone rental. The Space has backup power; larger events with additional production or electrical requirements may need a separately arranged generator.
