Main Indoor Creative / Event Space
A refined indoor space for workshops, launches, private gatherings, photoshoots and creative productions. The open layout adapts to seated sessions, content setups, product displays or clean visual storytelling.
Outdoor Event Area
A spacious outdoor area for ceremonies, receptions, brand activations and gatherings, with room for guests to arrive, sit, move and experience the space in the open air.
Preparation / Bedroom Suite
A private, styled suite for bridal preparation, beauty sessions, dress-ups, styled shoots and lifestyle content, a calm, elegant room to prepare, create and capture.
Podcast / Meeting Room
A private room for podcasts, interviews, meetings and recorded conversations, quiet, professional and intimate, ideal for focused content that needs a polished setting.
Selected bookings may include access to support areas such as the kitchen and preparation zones. The kitchen is a support area for catering and vendor prep, not a standalone rental.

What can I use the space for?+
Events, workshops, seminars, conferences, launches, photoshoots, content, podcasts, meetings, dress-ups, bachelorettes, traditional ceremonies, outdoor gatherings and private celebrations.
How many guests can the space hold?+
The outdoor area holds up to 150 guests, the indoor space up to 60, and the full experience up to 250, depending on setup, seating, decor and event flow. The preparation suite is sized for 2 and the podcast / meeting room for up to 4.
Can I book the suite for bridal prep or styled shoots?+
Yes, bridal prep, makeup, dress-ups, styled shoots, product shoots, portraits and lifestyle content.
Is the kitchen available?+
It may be available as a support area for catering, refreshments and vendor preparation. It is not rented as a standalone space.
Can I bring my own vendors?+
External vendors may be allowed, subject to venue guidelines and prior approval.
Can Jema Studios provide photo and film?+
Yes, photography, videography, content creation and event coverage can be added to selected bookings.
Can I book more than one space?+
Yes, and many bookings do. A wedding often takes the outdoor area for the ceremony and the preparation suite for getting ready. Tick everything you need on the enquiry form and we will quote them together. If you want both the indoor and the outdoor areas, that is the Full Experience, and it is priced as one thing rather than as two rooms added up.
How does the pricing work?+
Two shapes. Some spaces are booked by the hour, and those have a full-day rate, so a long day never costs more than the day price no matter how the hours add up. The event spaces come with a block of hours included, with a set rate for each hour beyond it. The rate guide above shows the current figures for every space, and your final quote depends on the date, the spaces, the hours and anything you ask us to support.
What if I need something that is not on the list?+
Tell us anyway. Choose "Something else" on the form and describe it. Not every request fits a room on a rate card, and a person reads every one of those before we reply.
How do I confirm a date?+
Submit an inquiry or check availability. A date is confirmed after availability is reviewed, terms are agreed and payment requirements are completed.
